DO ALL THE BEAUTIES BECOME MODELS??

In the twenty-five years that this photographer / promoter has been working with models, I think I can safely mention a few things I have seen about the misconceptions people get toward beautiful girls, or those who go on to be successful models.  We all know that the modeling-profession can be tricky, and for some models it has been fraught with danger from people who sit and wait to scam on any "precious beauty" they feel might be hungry enough to believe the garbage spouted from their mouths.  And so the need for good and solid representation, that which is not afraid to stand up to would-be scammers, and those who might even present danger to their models.  And yet for those who do become successful models, it can be a very rewarding career, with opportunities and memories to last a lifetime...

So are all of the most beautiful girls working as models?  Rob Cheney Models has a goal to put our models working at rates truly reflective of beauty and talent.   Seventy-five to several hundred dollars for a full hour of modeling is not out of range for our better freelance-models.  A good model is worth her time and effort, besides her beauty.  But in reality, there are many beautiful girls who could easily be working for a hundred dollars an hour or more, and keeping their clothes "On", but it never happens.  About the age which a new model might become a success, I find that most never make it because their priorities become reversed into finding a "guy", then to be a model, often with "children". But "modeling" is not the only profession for beautiful girls, business and acedemic opportunities, nursing, and many others are just as available to beautiful girls as to anyone else,  Sex versis an IQ??  But it's not easy for some beauty to also "resist" the temptation & impatience so that she would ever become a success at anything in life, and so it's possible too that "beauty" can become as much a liability- as it could be an asset with proper guidance and wisdom...  What is Beauty thrown to the dogs??

That age where a model really first becomes "marketable", it's also the age where hormones and impatience also have the opportunity to take control.  It is also the age when many parents fail their adolescents.  It is most common then that somewhere around the age of 16, and older most girls who could succeed as models also find that they succeed in attracting males- all ages of males...  Guys see the "beautiful flowers" as ornaments to make promises of bright futures, while in reality there is no prospect of future other than that of most "early-family-starters" who begin young and live at best- mediocre lives, fighting and scrounging over earning enough money to feed the many children they have.   "Promises" that end in futility and in poverty, committments at an early age that will eventually tear a dissappointed heart in two when each grows up and finds out that "playing house" without the maturity or the funds to do it leaves dissatisfaction and disappointment for having forgotten and abandoned any goals.

So the answer is:  "NO",  there are so many girls who could become successful models who instead pass the time setting up their lives for a future that will eventually break them, and then by the time they think to go back and to do what it was they could have been doing all along- Guess What??  It's too late, and then- even to venture into something "acedemic" means sacrificing time spent with their children to a minimum and again jeopardizes the stability of family.  So instead of jumping into immature-relationships of "love",  the better goal would be to first do something with a career that will ensure the "ability to afford a family".
